Training Topics and Details
This training takes a compassion focused approach to learning the art of teaching Yoga. Students will cultivate the necessary skills to begin to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga in their communities. Texts studied will include Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita.
In our comprehensive trainings, we focus on deeply supporting sensitive and courageous leaders in the field of Yogic studies and practice. We welcome students of all ages, abilities, cultural and spiritual backgrounds, and believe in a holistic approach to practice that is rooted in kindling the light of compassion. We offer full ride scholarships to BIPOC individuals and are committed to supporting marginalized students in becoming leading teaching artists in our community.
We will be sharing more specific details about this training within the coming weeks including a schedule.

Her background originates from being a college athlete and getting into pain early on in life through wear and tear of her body. After college she became interested in the fascial system and started studying the physiology of the human body as well as massage therapy techniques and the MELT Method.
