Join us for an intentional and motivational retreat in the desert this fall! This retreat will encompass Yoga, MELT, Sound Healing, Workshops, gentle adventuring in Moab as well as nourishment, community, prep and recovery for the Moab Trail Races . You can sign up for any of the races on Saturday November 7th (10K, Half Marathon, or Marathon) and join us at our luxury desert Oasis home away from home to be in community for a weekend of movement, meditation, rest, recovery, poolside sunshine, and more. There is nothing better than doing a race with friends and community and having something to train for all summer to keep you on target with your goals.
