  • AromaYoga & Sound Bath

    This is a workshop style weekly class held on Monday nights incorporating a feel good slow flow with a specific essential oil to elevate the practice and connect with a different element of healing. Oils have amazing healing benefits; using them intentionally with movement and meditation is an incredible way to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate for the evening.

    The class will end in an extended sound bath meditation savasana to fully integrate and calm the nervous system.

  • Full Body HIIT

    A quick paced full body workout that will leave you feeling energized and empowered! Our instructors will take you through upper body, lower body, cardiovascular, and core strengthening exercises using dumbbells and bodyweight!

  • Kids Yoga

    Bring the littles to get their after school wiggles out and practice some incredible tools to support themselves throughout the school week. Rachl & Alana give the kids tools to explore emotions, mindfulness, movement and most importantly FUN. The kids LOVE these classes and they get so much out of each class.

  • Sound Bath Meditation

    Sound Bath Meditation is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery. Vibrations and sounds produced by singing bowls and gongs will help "tune" your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    This class adds strength training to your yoga practice by incorporating beat driven music, body weight movements, isometrics and cardio exercises. Step into a yoga flow that offers increased strength, flexibility and endurance. Sculpt lean muscle and enjoy the healing mind-body benefits of a yoga practice all in one session.

  • Dynamic Vinyasa

    More than just your regular vinyasa! This is a progressive and up lifting practice with dynamic movements to build heat in the body & strengthen you & your practice!

    Movements ranging from salutations, flow to long holds, balancing, inversions & more!

  • Vinyasa

    Cultivating a presence while moving with the breath to build strength and flexibility while increasing vitality. Vinyasa practices can be used to balance the body and mind. A movement practice with sun salutations, standing and seated postures, twists, balancing, and some inversions for those who want to play a little more! (All levels class)

  • Slow Flow

    This is a slow placed vinyasa class that will warm you up while also assist you in calming and grounding. Holding poses longer will help you build strength, balance & flexibility. This intentional flow will also assist you in finding a meditative state through movement, deepening the connection with your mind and body.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga enhances flexibility and mobility. It directs energy to flow freely and offers a quiet space for introspection. Each pose is on the ground supported by props and is held for 3-5 minutes. Yin works with the fascia of the body and also supports healthy bone density. It is said to be like getting a massage on the inside. Give yourself permission to slow down, receive and reset during this class.Description goes here

  • Morning Flow

    Start your morning off with a feel good flow. Moving your body through an intentional class designed to warm you up, stretch you out, and leave your mind and heart centered for the rest of your day ahead.

  • Power Flow

    Power Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where you will fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting breath to the movements. This class is designed to bring in strength, heat, flexibility and circulation as you move through a powerful Vinyasa.

  • Fitness Pilates

    Combining HIIT exercises with modified Pilates techniques, this class will not only get your heart rate up, but will test and improve your ability to maintain optimal form and functional movement during higher levels of cardiovascular exercise.

  • Pilates Sculpt

    This upbeat mat-based Pilates class uses small equipment and combines foundational strength movements with functional Pilates repertoire. Focus on moving from your core with intention while challenging your endurance, balance and enhancing flexibility. Progressions and modifications will be offered making class optimal for all fitness levels.

  • Elevate Pilates

    This Pilates class will combine the traditional mat-work program, with modified techniques and small equipment, to give a challenging and fun class that will improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Like all of Will’s classes, it will have progressive exercise levels, giving participants the ability to find the best level at which to work, and learn the secrets of optimal loading, arguably the central focus of all exercise. Challenge yourself, and improve yourself!

  • Ashtanga

    Ashtanga Yoga is a specific method of yoga well-suited to students of all ages, skill levels, and states of health. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive set sequence of traditional postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, with the attention fixed on the breath, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

  • Power & Yin

    Power & Yin is a unique and invigorating class that will leave you feeling restored and alive. Combining the benefits of Power yoga and Yin Yoga, students will find a nice balance of strength & cardio and longer expansive holds. This class is accessible for all levels and abilities. The opening of class will incorporate a vinyasa style flow: building heat and incorporating energy of the sun, and fire. As class progresses and energy is burned off, you will move into a slower yin portion with longer holds and deep stretches. Calling in the yin energy of the moon, water and the earth. The end of class will be grounding and down regulating, and students will find deep relaxation and inner peace. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

  • Breathe, Flow & Restore

    This class is an intentional and transformative class combining breathwork, movement, restorative postures, and the crysial singing bowls. Enjoy the cleansing and energizing benefits of kriya inspired breathwork practices leading into some mindful movement to find your flow. This class will allow you to clear blockages, invite you to tap into your intuition, and connect back to your center.

  • Buti Yoga

    Buti is a high intensity vinyasa based class with primal movement, cardio intense dance, strength & conditioning and deep abdominal strengthening set to heart pumping music. A class to be experienced!
